"The Four Elements," [Collaborative
work with Kristen Judkins] bronze, steel, jute,
clematis.
"I see the world and one's life as a collection
of fragments of memory, senses and time, and one's
definition of the world is based on the structure
of how these elements or memories are connected.
As a sculptor, I try to bring and compose these
elements of sense, time and memory into the realm
of abstraction, and explore the forces that give
rise to their deconstruction and recombination.
My work attempts to reveal the poetry that can
be expressed through the primitive, emotional
essence that their combinations present, and out
of which the world is constantly created and re-defined."
