After
having obtained her Ph D in Materials Science and Engineering
at MIT, Mireille was a Professor at UMass Amherst for 16 years.
She then decided to devote full time to her true love, sculpture,
and took courses at U Mass, Mass College of Art and the Museum
School in Boston. She has shown extensively in New England
and has work in private collections throughout the USA and
in Canada, China, France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland.
