BA Smith College, Northhampton, MA Studied with Leonard Baskin at Smith and more recently Bernard Takamara of Zimbawe. Has worked and exhibited in Connecticut, Vermont and New Hampshire. Her current work is in carved and molded stone.Her most recent one woman show was at the AVA Gallery in Lebanon, NH The work is inspired by viewing a group of Irish women marching for Peace. They were carrying white paper birds on long sticks. The For Peace birds will have barbed wire wrapping the long stands on which they are placed. |
